Ingredients

1 x Jar White Feather Designs Onion Jam
100 grams feta cheese (crumbly)
200 grams pulled lamb
1 handful spinach leaves
1 x pizza base

Method

1. Cover the pizza base with a small amount of White Feather Designs

Onion Jam
2. Add the pulled lamb and feta cheese over the top randomly
3. Cook in an oven (or pizza oven) until the feta begins to slightly brown and the lamb is warmed through
4. Add the rocket on top and allow to wilt slightly from the heat of the pizza
5. Drizzle over White Feather Designs Onion Jam before serving
