Gin Botanicals Salt Crackers
Ingredients
3-4 Tablespoons White Feather Gin Botanicals Salt
2 Cups (300 grams) Plain Flour
1/2 Cup water
3/4 Cup olive oil
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. Measure all ingredients and place into a large mixing bowl
3. Mix all ingredients together until it resembles a dough
4. Divide the dough in half to make it easier to work with
5. Roll the first half of the dough between two pieces of baking paper until it is very thin (roughly 2mm of thickness) - A pasta maker also works if available
6. Remove the top sheet of baking paper and cut the dough into cracker sized squares or strips
7. Lift the baking paper onto a baking tray and gently space the crackers out
8. Repeat step 5, 6 and 7 with the second half of the dough
9. Bake for 12 minutes or until crisp or a pale golden colour
Allow the crackers to cool before transferring into an airtight container.
The crackers will stay fresh in an air tight container for up to 1 month.
