These are hand peeled individual cloves of garlic that have been smoked over apple wood to give a great depth of flavour to a loved cooking ingredient. The cloves have been preserved in a brine with chilli added to allow the infusion of smoked garlic with chilli to create a beautiful product to both cook with or eat as is. These garlic cloves can be used in any cooking dish where garlic is required just giving an extra layer of flavour!
